Little Rebellion Music

For the fifth year, the Academy of Country Music is partnering with GAC to let fans decide the winners of the New Artist categories at the 48th ACM Awards. The interactive voting opens today, Monday, January 21 and will close on Monday, February 4 at 3pm ET. The show will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on April 7 and will be live broadcast from 8:00 pm ET the CBS Network.

Three newcomers will pick up statues in the categories New Male Vocalist, New Female Vocalist and New Vocal Duo or Group. The three winners will then compete for the New Artist of the Year award which will be revealed during the live telecast. You can cast your vote at www.voteacm.com.

The final round of voting to decide the New Artist category will begin at voteacm.com on Monday, March 25 and will close on April 7, shortly before the winner is announced during the 48th Annual Academy of Country Music Awards live broadcast on CBS on Sunday, April 7.
