Honoring his hit songwriting ability, Chris Young will receive the coveted CMA Triple Play Award on January 29. The award is given to songwriters who pen three chart toppers in any 12-month period, and Young took ‘Voice,’ ‘Tomorrow,’ and ‘You,’ to #1 in 2011-2012. xz

Following this new accolade, Young will head overseas for the first time, traveling to the U.K. and Ireland to take part in the CMA Songwriters Series with stops in Dublin, Belfast and London.

‘I Can Take It From There,’ Young’s latest single from his highly acclaimed third album NEON, recently released to country radio and is already Top 20 on the radio charts.
