Texas singer-songwriter Phil Hamilton climbs to #1 on the Texas Regional Radio Report this week with ‘Back of a ’73.’ The biggest move this week comes from Will Hoge‘s ‘Strong,’ which leaps from #15 to #9. Also new to the top 10 is Mark McKinney‘s ‘Stolen Cash,’ at #10.
