In the three days ahead of the Annual Academy of Country Music Awards, the Mandalay Bay Resort & Casino hosted the ACM Experience. It was the first time this free and open-to-the-public event was held for music fans in town for the ACM Awards. Two of the acts performing on the first day were Kip Moore and Eden’s Edge. Kip Moore, a singer-songwriter on my ‘to watch in 2012’ list, is weeks away from releasing his debut album, Up All Night, due out April 24, 2012.
Trio Eden’s Edge, composed of Dean Berner, Hannah Blaylock and Cherrill Green, seems to be on the verge of breaking through. They will release their second single, ‘Too Good to Be True,’ next week.
