Southern rock band Blackberry Smoke and Taylor Guitars have teamed up to give back to a very worthy cause this holiday season.
The band will take to stageit.com for an acoustic set live from the Taylor Acoustic Stage on Tuesday, December 11 at 9 pm ET. Ticket price is ‘pay what you can,’ and all proceeds from the night will be donated to Children’s Healthcare of Atlanta. The band will also sign a Taylor GS Mini that will be given to the top tipper of the night. Fans can purchase their tickets up until showtime here.
Why Children’s of Atlanta? In December of 2009, Brit Turner’s (drummer) baby girl Lana was diagnosed with Stage 4 Neuroblastoma Cancer. Brit says it best: “Children do not deserve cancer. The Doctors and Nurses at Children’s Hospital of Atlanta helped save my daughters life.”
