Blake Shelton takes over the top of the Mediabase Canadian Country Chart this week with ‘Sure Be Cool if You Did.’ Carrie Underwood‘s ‘Two Black Cadillacs’ moves into the top 5 at #4, and Lady Antebellum jumps from #11 to #7 with ‘Downtown.’ Dallas Smith‘s ‘What Kinda Love‘ moves up to #8, and Hunter Hayes charges into the #10 spot all the way from #17 with ‘Somebody’s Heartbreak.’
