Here’s one of the good news section! Yesterday, Dierks Bentley‘s dog Jake had enough of the bad weather around here, jumped over a fence, and perhaps sought out somewhere warmer and drier. Can’t say I really blame him for that. Bentley took to Twitter and Facebook to ask for help and many responded, including Mike Dungan, the President of Bentley’s label, Capitol Nashville, who joined other driving around in the middle of the night hoping to find Jake. It was via Facebook that Bentley was informed that the dog had been spotted by a passing motorist, Anna Belle, and Jake was safely returned home this morning. Bentley sent out this tweet about the happy reunion.
