Hunter Hayes continues his radio success as ‘Somebody’s Heartbreak’ tops the Mediabase Country Singles Chart this week. He is being chased by Lee Brice‘s ‘I Drive Your Truck,’ and Lady Antebellum‘s ‘Downtown,’ which enters the top 3. The release of their new album bumps Thompson Square up to the top 5 with ‘If I Didn’t Have You.’
