Jake Owen continues to inch ever closer to the top of the Country Singles Chart, and as the summer begins to really heat up, he may do just that. Luke Bryan regains his control of the top spot this week, while Jake eases on up to the number two spot, sending Florida Georgia Line down to number three for the week.
