Country-rock quartet JB and the Moonshine Band tops the Texas chart this week with ‘No Better than This.’ Eli Young Band advances to #5 with ‘Say Goodnight,’ and veteran Pat Green is the biggest mover, taking ‘Even the Losers’ from #12 to #7.
