Keith Urban‘s most recent hit, ‘For You,’ has picked up a Golden Globe nomination! Urban wrote the song with Monty Powell for the motion picture Act of Valor. The tune is also eligible for an Oscar nomination and this nod is certainly a good sign. There was plenty to celebrate in the Urban household as Nicole Kidman picked up two nominations for her performances in feature film The Paperboy and HBO’s Hemingway & Gellhorn.
‘For You’ will have to fight it out with worthy opponents, including Adele’s ‘Skyfall’ and Bon Jovi’s ‘Not Running Anymore,’ at the Golden Globe Awards ceremony to be held in Los Angeles on January 13, 2013.
