Last Saturday, May 24, 2014, Delta Country Jam 2014 brought the party to Southaven, MS. And if you want a party, you need LoCash Cowboys. The singer-songwriter-entertainer duo reads an audience like no other and always gets people dancing. And one or two of them usually end up on stage!
While they penned the Keith Urban hit, ‘You Gonna Fly,’ they graciously left the performance of that to the man himself, later that night. They filled their show with their own fan-favorites including ‘Hey Hey Hey,’ ‘Lovedrunk,’ ‘C.O.U.N.T.R.Y.,’ and current single, ‘Little Miss Crazyhot.’ For brand new song, ‘I Love this Life,’ they brought out co-writer Chris Janson, and the three of them proceeded to show why this song has “massive hit” written all over it!
Added to the mix were stomping covers of Def Leppard’s ‘Pour Some Sugar on Me,’ and even the Fountains of Wayne hit ‘Stacy’s Mom,’ much to the delight of one of the security guards who clearly enjoyed this blast from the past. The set also included the Jeffrey Steele song ‘Drunk Girl.’ If you’ve seen what it does to the audience at his shows, you can imagine the similar response here!
There is exciting new music on the way too, so fans should stay tuned to locashcowboys.com to not miss any updates.
