Perhaps fittingly after the Inauguration weekend, Reckless Kelly‘s open letter to Washington DC remains at the top of the Texas Regional Radio Report. Jason Boland & The Stragglers make a big leap forward with ‘Obsessed,’ lifted from #7 to #3, but the biggest climber is Stoney LaRue with ‘Travelin’ Kind,’ which comes storming into #5 all the way from #19.
