There might come a day when I won’t talk about this band at every opportunity, but it is not this day. Nashville trio The Cadillac Black released their self-titled debut album in 2012, my favorite release of the year, and the disc kicks off with the scorcher, ‘I’m Southern.’
Check out lead singer, Jaren Johnston, talking about the tune before they perform an acoustic version, filmed by Zack Morris at The Saxon Pub in Austin, TX.
If you are in Nashville, The Cadillac Black will be rocking the roof off of the Exit/In from 8 pm tomorrow (January 24).
If you like exciting, solid, fun, southern rock, go grab the album on iTunes, and make sure you catch The Cadillac Black live as soon as you can. Check www.thecadillacblack.com for tour dates.
