I thought that Jake Owen was a shoe in for the number one country song this week, however, Miranda Lambert and her ‘Somethin’ Bad’ duet partner, Carrie Underwood, had other plans; they took the top spot this week, holding Jake at number two for yet another week. Kenny Chesney gave everyone a sneak peek of his upcoming project when he released his latest single ‘American Kids’ to radio, and this week it lands at number six on the charts.
