This Is Why Garth Brooks Sells Out Every Show [VIDEO]

When Garth Brooks returned to the concert stage, there was never really much doubt that every performance would be in front of a sell-out crowd.
Brooks enjoyed years of stratospheric success, and one could say some of the fans now are merely seeking to recapture those years, or just want to go see what all the fuss was about back then.
On Friday, November 7, Garth played the third of ten shows at Target Center in Minneapolis, MN. During the final song of the show, ‘The Dance,’ his attention was drawn to a lady, Teresa Shaw, in the front row who was holding a sign that read “Chemo this morning, Garth tonight. Enjoy the dance.”
His reaction is the real reason why his shows sell out in minutes.
He sat on the edge of the stage, sang the song to her, gave her his guitar, and shared a sweet personal moment with her. Well done, Garth.
