With their hopefully not just one-time collaboration, Love Has Come for You, Steve Martin and Edie Brickell have the best-selling bluegrass album of 2013. Alan Jackson has found chart success in this genre with the simply titled, The Bluegrass Album, and lands at #2.
The loyalty of bluegrass fans is evidenced by the fact that only four of these albums were released in 2013. Where in most genres, sales drop sharply after a few months, ‘grassers have no problem picking up older releases.
