Gary Allan is back at the top of the Billboard Chart for the first time in more than 8 years. ‘Every Storm (Runs Out of Rain)’ follows his 2004 chart topper ‘Nothing on but the Radio.’

Jason Aldean‘s ‘The Only Way I Know’ goes to #2, The Band Perry takes ‘Better Dig Two’ to #3, and new this week is Carrie Underwood with ‘Two Black Cadillacs’ at #10.
