Blake Shelton manages to hang on to the top spot on this week’s Top Country Singles chart, while his wife, Miranda Lambert slips out of the number two spot into number three. Lady Antebellum shuffles their way into the number two spot with the catchy ‘Downtown’. Kenny Chesney plants his ‘Pirate Flag‘ to round out the week’s top ten.
