The producers of the Stagecoach and Firefly music festivals are putting together some of country music biggest current and legendary stars during the first Big Barrel Country Music Festival.
The new festival will be held at the Woodlands of Dover International Speedway, the site of the annual Firefly Music Festival, from June 26-28, 2014.
Three of the biggest country stars have been announced as headliners: Carrie Underwood, Miranda Lambert, and Blake Shelton. Other artists currently on the bill include Jake Owen, Chris Young, Gary Allan, Lynyrd Skynyrd, Loretta Lynn, Merle Haggard, Eric Paslay, Jon Pardi, Sturgill Simpson, Dan + Shay, Cassadee Pope, Charlie Worsham, Jana Kramer, The Oak Ridge Boys, Joel Crouse, Chris Stapleton, the Del McCoury Band, Shakey Graves, Billy Joe Shaver, Nikki Lane, Jackie Lee, Logan Mize, Hurray for the Riff Raff, Wade Bowen, Kaitlin Rose, Steven Lee Olsen, The Felice Brothers, The Stray Birds, Sam Lewis and The Deslondes.
Tickets are on sale now through BigBarrelFestival.com, starting at $99 for a 3-day general admission pass. The festival ground will also play host to a large-scale Dance Hall, a BBQ area, a saloon, and a lively marketplace with a variety of country-themed products.
