Gord Bamford closes out this very successful year in a fitting way as ‘When Your Lips Are So Close’ reaches #1 on the Canadian country radio charts. Huge congrats to Gord and his co-writers Byron Hill and Brent Baxter! The song has not slowed down since it became the most-added single in its debut week, and it has become the first Canadian song to top this chart since April 2012.

Further down the list, The Band Perry‘s ‘Don’t Let Me Be Lonely’ is the only new entry this week, as it advances from #11 to #8.
