Reckless Kelly‘s ‘The Last Goodbye’ leads the Texas Regional Radio Report this week. Rich O’Toole storms in to the top 10 with ‘I Love You,’ advancing from #15 to #9, and Josh Grider moves up from #12 to close out the chart with ‘Smallest Town on Earth.’
