After some rather interesting chart activity in the last few weeks, Tim McGraw‘s ‘One of those Nights’ has finally reached #1 on the Mediabase Country Singles Chart, where it really should have been last week. If you wanted to see the effects radio promotion can have, you needed to look no further than the path Taylor Swift‘s ‘Begin Again’ took to the top recently.
A big push gets Carrie Underwood‘s ‘Two Black Cadillacs’ into the Top 3, Hunter Hayes‘ ‘Somebody’s Heartbreak’ and Lee Brice‘s ‘I Drive Your Truck’ continue their steady climb, gaining two spots each to end at #6 and #7, respectively. Lady Antebellum‘s ‘Downtown’ is soaring up the charts and enters the top 10 after merely five weeks.
