Lenny Cooper will release his sophomore album, Mud Dynasty, tomorrow via Average Joes Entertainment and Backroad Records. I had a nice conversation with Lenny recently and was impressed with how he has been building up his career. Check out the UCN interview here. With the amount of work that has gone into this, I wouldn’t be surprised if this album connects with music fans far outside the “mud digger” community.

Read more about the album in the press release and check out the new music video below:

With off-road motor sports growing in popularity nationwide, Backroad Records’ “Mud Digger King,” Lenny Cooper, offers music to “mud bog” to with his sophomore album release, “Mud Dynasty,” May 7, 2013.

Known as “Mud Digger King,” Lenny Cooper’s “Mud Dynasty” is produced by Randall “RBL” Lumpkin and Phive Starr Productions, and features a number of key artist collaborations including platinum selling artist, Bubba Sparxxx on,“What do You Call That;” the hard-hitting, “Adrenaline,” with The LACS’ Brian King; and newcomer Charlie Farley on “Country Folks Anthem.” Cooper is also getting ready to release his new video for, “Rodeo,” from this sophomore album. Shot near Cooper’s hometown, in Prosperity, South Carolina, by Paul Cain and Hideout Pictures, the video “Rodeo” was originally envisioned by Cooper himself as a complement to his fans and in recognition of his roots. Watch the trailer for “Rodeo”.

“With “Mud Dynasty,” I really tried to focus on what my fans would relate to – their lifestyle, which is also my lifestyle,” commented Cooper on his favorite past time. “I’ve incorporated more lyrics into this record, and it also has a lot of cool artist collaborations like Bluefoot who co-starred in MTV’s Buckwild, Bubba Sparxxx and The LACS’ Brian King.”

“Mud Dynasty,” grew from the South Carolina native’s wildly popular, “Mud Digger,” video which went viral, logged over 2 million YouTube Views, lead to a record deal and was the impetus for Average Joes’ three-CD “Mud Digger” compilation series which has now sold over 300,000 albums with a fourth edition on the way. The project also lead to an opening slot for label-mate, Colt Ford, on the 2012 “Declaration of Independence” tour performing for crowds nationwide.
