Nashville’s Lightning 100 independent radio station has announced the line up for Live on the Green 2014, the free summer concert series in Downtown Nashville. This year’s edition will take place between August 14 and September 6, on Public Square.
All your favorite indie-rock and Triple A acts are present and accounted for, and the few remaining slots of the schedule will be announced soon. Headliners so far include Jake Bugg, Ingrid Michaelson, The Head and The Heart, Cage the Elephant, City and Colour, and G Love & Special Sauce.
There will still be six days of music but, in a change from previous years, the festival will now take place over three Thursday nights in August and then three consecutive days the first weekend of September.
