Last Thursday, August 15, saw another successful edition of Lightning 100’s Live on the Green free concert series in downtown Nashville. Second band of the night, The Mowgli’s, brightened up the stage. Literally and figuratively. The 8-piece alt-rockers from California energized the crowd with their infectious grooves, bubbly melodies, and bright smiles. They danced, clapped, jumped, and stomped their way through an hour-long set that left an impression. From those who came to hear their hit ‘San Francisco,’ to those not yet familiar with this energetic bunch, everyone had fun watching their performance!

The Mowgli’s recently released their major label debut, Waiting for the Dawn, on Photo Finish/Island and have already built up a solid live reputation.
